What is IPC Certified Soldering Inspection?

IPC Certified Inspection examines all soldered connection surfaces for any soldering outside of specified tolerances. This Inspection cycle pinpoints any future failpoints that would impact product performance. 

In order to continually enhance our Quality Control Systems, Millar Industries provides in-house IPC Soldering Inspection of all electrical components we manufacture.

Solder source sides as well as solder destination sides are examined for proper workmanship. Wire Overwrap and Overlap are inspected for proper tolerances. Considerations for high voltages applications are also is reviewed during the IPC Soldering Inspection.

Millar Industries has invested in the necessary tools and optical devices required to meet all specifications of the IPC Soldering Inspection standard.
